Abstract

Different factors can affect the prosperity of a society one of which is education; effective education can change a society fundamentally. Education can be formal or informal. What experts are more concerned about is formal education at schools. Good education has a framework and enjoys some professional principles. Adherence to these professional principles can improve a teacher’s efficiency. Getting familiar with these principles can help both the teachers and the students obtain their educational goals easier and faster. In this paper, the significance of education and the position of the teacher is discussed, points of view of educational scholars are reviewed, and a classification of professional qualifications of teachers is presented.
